Service Performance Disclosure

CCIT Internet Services provides residential shared fiber internet service. Speeds are provisioned at the network access port. Actual performance may vary due to:

• Wi‑Fi capability and device limitations
• Interference and distance from the router
• Peak‑hour congestion
• External internet routing conditions

Wired connection is recommended for optimal performance.

Fair Usage & Network Management

CCIT reserves the right to manage network traffic to ensure fair access for all subscribers. Excessive usage, abnormal traffic patterns, or activities that degrade network performance may result in:

• Speed management
• Temporary suspension
• Termination of service

Prohibited activities include:

• No resale, piso‑wifi sharing, or redistribution
• No illegal activities or copyright infringement
• No network abuse

Temporary traffic shaping may be applied during peak periods to maintain stability.

Installation & Repair Commitment

Service installation is scheduled subject to facility availability. Service repair requests are handled within a reasonable service window depending on:

• Accessibility
• Weather conditions
• Power availability

Billing & Disconnection

Billing is monthly. Non‑payment beyond the due date may result in temporary service interruption. Service will be restored upon settlement of outstanding balance and applicable reconnection procedures.

Reconnection fees may apply after prolonged disconnection.

Customer Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the modem, power supply, and indoor wiring. CCIT is not liable for issues caused by:

• Customer devices
• Third‑party routers
• Electrical problems
• Internal home network configurations

Force Majeure

CCIT shall not be held liable for service interruption caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Commercial power outages
• Cable cuts
• Acts of vandalism
• Events beyond reasonable control

Privacy Policy

Applicant information submitted through the online application form is used solely for:

• Service availability checking
• Installation scheduling
• Customer support

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
